These heroes have caring for others in their DNA so some would say the healthcare industry as a whole was impacted the most from the COVID-19 pandemic. Their lives were affected at work, at home and with every interaction they had in between. In 2021, we collaborated with several healthcare practices in the middle of a changing landscape to establish an online storytelling initiative. From audiology, orthodontics to multi-speciality dental, it was our responsibility to create a simple plan for digitizing what patients relied on seeing for themselves in-person. Our goal was to shift those in-person examples to an array of videos that supplemented what each brand wanted their prospective patients to see before they walked into their first appointment, and after. In 2022, as the world began to reopen, those stories were being discussed in person and only solidified what we had already started to do online.
